What we can't do by email

We can't assess your individual dog or give personal behavior consultations. If your dog has bitten someone, shows sudden changes in behavior, or panics when alone, please contact your veterinarian, who can check for medical causes and refer you to a qualified behavior professional.

If a dog is in immediate danger or has seriously injured someone, contact local emergency services or animal control.
